Took money and didn't deliverI started with a free account and paid to upgrade right away. They never credited my money and this complicated so we lost sales. I offer to pay and they never credit the account. They ask me to refresh the page which I do and it still isn't fixed over a week later. Terrible service. They have my money. Even when I quote the invoice number to them they don't fix it or honor what I paid for.
